Piña Colada Green Smoothie 🥥🌴

Which is why we love mixing up the ingredients to keep it fun! You might have seen it on our insta but let's break it down here 🌝


Serves: 1 or 2 (if you want to share)

Difficulty: Level 0

Wow factor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️



Ingredients and Instructions

  • 1 banana

  • 1 big handful of spinach (washed ofc)

  • 4 chunks of pineapple

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk (I used mine from a can as we had some left over but you can also use the ones straight out of a carton. The canned ones are usually a tad bit more creamy though)

  • (optional) Dash of pineapple juice

  • 2tbsp of milled flaxseeds

  • 1tsp shredded coconut


Instructions:

  1. Add the banana, spinach, pineapple, coconut milk, pineapple juice and flaxseeds to your nutribullet/blender/juicer and process until smooth

  2. When that's done, top the smoothie with the shredded coconut and that's it!
